The company clean roots had a logo that was designed using clip art. After letting the client know that it was clip art he wanted to change the logo to make it more original. The company Clean Roots sells a single product that kept potted plants healthy. I chose to bring in imagery that fit with the product to better illustrate what the company did. These are some of the iterations and various concepts.
Scotland & Sons
Scotland & Sons is an eco-friendly insulation company that was looking for a logo that was relevant to their business. The client wanted a leaf motif incorporated into the graphic. I wanted to encorporate more than just a leaf as it would be a bit misleading or confusing to just show a leaf for an insulation company. These are some of the options presented.
Woodside was a startup company looking for a recognizable logo. Something that would be branding for his vehicle, and equipment.
WCDB - Albany, N.Y. Radio
WCDB is an Albany, NY based radio station. They were looking for a new logo and some peripherals to go with it.
Allstone Siding Inc.
All Stone Siding is a company that specializes in real & faux siding for home as well as stone wall laying. They wanted a mark that conveyed this idea easily as they had encountered many people who were confused by the concept.
Brand Logic is a company developing a phone app designed to give customers a look at what they were doing on the web and off. They were looking for a new brand identity that would translate well to a web-app.
VCC - Remnant
VCC required a webmaster and graphic designer to create advertisement banners for there weekly events as well as logos for there various projects. This project was
Clean Image had been around for a while but wasn't getting the kind of job's they were looking for. The idea was to dress up their image to appear more professional and branded. Blue was picked as it evokes a clean feeling and green was picked because the products Clean Image uses are eco-friendly. The client wanted a figure using the tools of their trade to drive home what "clean image" specialized in.
Gym 24 was interested in a simple bold look for their gym that would translate well to wall decals, signage, equipment color scheme and branding.
They started off with a mark that was not so kid-friendly. These were attempts to bring the playful nature of a day-care into the mark.
The Company's purpose was to help facilitate foster home and shelter children transition into normal family life.

When brown bag opened, they had very little budget for signage or advertising. With this in mind we created a simple logotype that served his needs
Mobile Oil is a mobile oil change company that shows up on-call to change a car’s oil. The client wanted to stay away from the obvious use of devices to communicate movement or being mobile.

S.H.O.W. stands for sistas' healing old wounds. It is an Albany District Attorney funded redesign project. S.H.O.W. helps women who are trying to re-integrate themselves back into society after being locked away or sent for treatment. The 5 colors represent 5 races coming together to form a “helping hand."
Adirondack Combustion Tech.
ACT was looking for a mark that was memorable and bold in a market saturated with Helvetica Bold and D.I.Y. logotypes. Something professional that was geared towards their specialty.
Riverside Dustless Blasting
Riverside wanted a bold logo that could be placed on the side of his blasting tanks and vehicles. The circles suggest the particles used in blasting and the waves recall the companies name "Riverside." The first logo is the final, the others are alternates that were un-chosen.
